Hey guys!

My name's Michael Rowe. I just stumbled onto the devArt community a little while ago and started looking around. I think I'll really like this place. I enjoy writing and many different artistic media, so I think this place will suit me just fine. I've been writing for 15 years, and composing traditional drawings for as long as I could hold a crayon, so I guess I'm hooked to art for life. I hope to put out some good work for everyone to enjoy and to see what the community has to offer. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I've already seen a LOT of great stuff from the other deviants.

I'm currently working on a web-novel of sorts. After seeing "Twilight" I found myself severely disappointed by the style, and upon reading a bit of it, I couldn't even bring myself to finish. My first work, and something I've been pondering for some time since, is to write my own vampire romantic novel to counteract the views I disliked in that book (The oh so many including vampires that miraculously sparkle). Nothing against those who find themselves enthralled by the book, all the power to you. Everyone enjoys different things.

I probably won't post up as much graphic media because I lack a working scanner. But I'll put up as much written material as my fingers will allow I hope you enjoy, and don't be afraid to criticize any of my work.
